Rock Stream Vineyards is known for its expressive Finger Lakes wines, including Riesling, Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc, and a variety of native and hybrid grape blends. Guest favorites include Poolside Pink and DeChaunac, a smooth, easy-drinking red that has become a popular addition to our lineup.

Our best-selling wine is the Dry Niagara, a gold medal winner, with its sweet, grapey aroma and surprisingly dry finish. It is one of the only dry Niagara wines produced in the Finger Lakes. Our second-best seller Make Me Blush, is a sweet native grape blend and a four-time gold medal winner. 

In addition to wine, Rock Stream is also a distillery producing Grappa, Whiskey Flavored Brandy, Liqueurs, Chocolate Cream and Ports. Our Grappa, an Italian-style brandy made from grape skins and bottled at 40% alcohol, earned two Double Gold Medals at the New York Wine Classic. Our liqueurs are made from distilled wine (grape brandy), naturally flavored, and 25% alcohol, offering a smooth and gently sweet profile. We also produce ports – fortified wines- typically 18% alcohol with about 10% residual sugar.

Rock Stream offers 18 different wines, thoughtfully organized into tasting flights of dry, semi-dry, and sweet styles.

• The dry flight includes an oaked dry Chardonnay, our famous Dry Niagara, a vibrant dry Riesling, Cabernet Franc Rosé, Cabernet Franc, and a silky, smooth red called DeChaunac.
• The semi-dry flight features a crisp semi-dry Vignoles, a spicy Traminette, our favorite semi-dry Riesling, semi-dry Niagara and an unoaked Chardonnay.
• The sweet flight showcases a Sweet Riesling, a fruity sweet Seyval Blanc, our gold medal-winning Make Me Blush, Poolside Pink – a seedless grape blend- and Vignoles, a rich dessert style wine.
• Rock Stream Vineyards takes pride in crafting distinctive dry wines that reflect the character of the Finger Lakes. Two new dry speciality wines include Grüner Veltliner and Gewürztraminer.
