Whiskey Flavored Brandy
This distinctive grape brandy artfully blends the smooth, fruit forward warmth of distilled wine with the rich, oaky depth reminiscent of Bourbon. Notes of vanilla, caramel, and toasted oak unfold alongside subtle dried fruit, creating a spirit that is layered, balanced, and refined. Enjoy it neat, over ice, or as the foundation of a craft cocktail.
Chocolate Cream
Derived from pot-distilled wine, this indulgent cream liqueur offers luscious chocolate character complemented by delicate aromatics and soft hints of caramel and vanilla. Silky and inviting, it’s perfect as an after-dinner treat, in dessert-inspired cocktails, or simply poured over ice.
SpEciality Release: Grüner Veltliner & gewürztraminer
At Rock Stream Vineyards, we take pride in crafting distinctive dry wines that reflect the character and climate of the Finger Lakes. Each varietal is thoughtfully produced in small batches to showcase structure, balance, and the natural expression of the grape. These specialty selections represent the true essence of Rock Stream’s craftsmanship.
Grüner Veltliner (2024)
Originally Austria’s signature white grape, Grüner Veltliner found its way to the Finger Lakes in the early 2000s and continues to thrive in cool-climate soils. Our 2024 vintage offers delicate citrus notes, a refined minerality, and a subtle touch of sweetness that brings freshness and vibrancy to every sip. Released December 21,2025.
Gewürztraminer (2024)
With origins tracing back to the northern Italian town of Tramin, Gewürztraminer is celebrated for its expressive aromatics. Our 2024 vintage reveals enticing notes of spice layered with lychee, pineapple, and bright citrus. Elegant yet aromatic, this wine captures both delicacy and depth. Released August 15, 2025.

November 20, 2024 – Dechaunac Returns (2020 Vintage)
Our DeChaunac is back – a distinguished French-American hybrid celebrated for its depth and character. This full-bodied red reveals layered notes of dark chocolate, ripe plum, and black cherry, woven together with subtle hints of vanilla. Structured yet smooth, the 2020 vintage showcases both richness and balance, reflecting a beautifully developed expression of this unique varietal. An ideal companion to robust cuisine or intimate gatherings, DeChaunac brings warmth and elegance to the table.
